background story:
Cecil is a proud american, who joined the army at the age of 18. After his basic training at the fifth recruitment base in San Antonio, TX, he spent some months in South America being based at a caserne in Mexico City. He was a well known wrestler at the U.S. army and because of his great talent he succeeded very quickly. During his time in Mexico he learned basics of the Lucha Libre style of Pro Wrestling. This kind of wrestling inspired him. At this time Cecil started to became a more religious man. His painted skull mask is a mixture to honor the Dias de los Muertos (Day of the Deads) and a way to frighten his opponents. After 18 months his contract with the U.S. army expired and he decided to spend the next years of his life to the professional Wrestling.
